Pugo Systems Program Manager

Ms. Pope serves as the Program Manager for Pugo Systems. In this capacity, she has a broad and deep understanding of the Pugo Systems development and deployment, most recently on Long Island, NY. Jennifer manages a technical team of professionals dedicated to launching this newly designed product set to disrupt the traditional wastewater treatment markets as well as managing the interaction with International NSF, state and local health departments, and individual owners of the Pugo Systems product. Ms. Pope has worked to develop strategic Company plans, developing and working with remote teams, and tracking project progress through to completion reporting back to the larger group of employee-owners. She also provides hands-on technical support to projects as required.

Jennifer has nearly 30 years of experience in providing environmental regulatory support and service to industry and government. Most recently she has worked with local entities to develop municipal-based greenhouse gas inventories and strategizing to develop carbon footprint reduction plans. Ms. Pope has provided surface water support to a program struggling to meet the requirements of one of the most stringent individual permits under the CWA in the country.   Ms. Pope supported the extensive recovery effort resulting from the Cerro Grande fire. She has focused on providing technical and management support to the Environmental Restoration (ER) Project at Los Alamos National Laboratory for many years, and has worked in every aspect of the program, including design and implementation of sampling plans and corrective actions; data analysis and presentation; and interaction and negotiation with the DOE and the regulatory authorities (NMED and EPA). Ms. Pope has also worked extensively in both the private sector and at other U.S. DOE facilities, including Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the  SRC/Savannah River Site,  onducting surveys and reporting for projects such as radionuclide air emissions; asbestos inspection and removal; and non-radioactive air pollutant emission inventories.
